Minneapolis Anti-Aging and Skin Clinic offers patients a wide variety of resources. Membership Policies

  • The $50 enrollment fee is a one-time fee for the life of the membership and is non-refundable
  • If auto-payments decline your membership/accrued services will be suspended
  • You may freeze your membership after 90 days, for up to 3 months/yr, while froze accrued services are available but not service discounts
  • Treatments accrued (paid for) never expire, they may also be gifted or upgraded to other services
  • Membership will automatically renew month after month
  • Memberships can be cancelled after 180 days, with a 30 day notice.
  • If a Membership is cancelled, starting a new membership will results in another $50 enrollment fee
  • Monthly recurring billing will start the day after you sign up to become a member, this is when you can begin treatment.
  • Members receive exclusive discounts and specials, including discounted Botox, discounted Hydrafacials, discounted fillers & more, enrolling as a Member automatically enrolls you into these communications. If you wish not to receive text or email offers, please let a Front Desk staff member know.

Exchange/Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on services, or gift certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. No product returns or exchanges on open products unless defective. In the case of defective merchandise, the item will be replaced with the identical item. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Prescription items cannot under any circumstance be returned.

Consent Agreement

  • I agree that I have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly.
  • I agree to keep the provider records updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability to MASC should I fail to do so.
  • I have provided my credit card information to secure current and all future appointments.

Package Cancellation Policy

  • Package refunds are acceptable, if within 30 days of purchase, refunds are given as a store credit or refunded in the original form of payment, if paid in cash a company check will be issued within 7 days. Any service or product that has been rendered in the package will be pro-rated at regular price prior to refund.
  • A package cancelled 31 days or more after purchase will be transferred to a store credit, services/products previously rendered will be pro-rated prior to refund.


To make an appointment in any of our 3 locations, please contact our call center during business hours at 763-540-1837. For all guests, a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. To ensure availability, we suggest you call a few days in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointment whenever possible.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

  • There is a 5-minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled, based on the Technicians schedule.
  • If MASC has to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to employee illness, booking errors, staff meetings, or educational events, we will extend any “dated offers” by 30 days (i.e. birthday card, monthly promo, etc.)
  • We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes for all scheduled appointments. If MASC is not notified at least 24 hours prior to scheduled services, you will be considered a “late cancellation” or “no show” and will be charged $50 for your missed appointment. The card you have provided to secure your initial appointments will be used in this event.
  • If that card is invalid or not on file, there will be a $50 cancel fee charged to your client account and will need to be paid prior to re-booking any future appointments.

Referral Policy

The $50 Referral credit is valid on “qualifying referrals.” To be considered a “Qualifying Referral” you must meet the criteria below:

  1. The Referring Patient must be an existing patient who has spent at least $100 with MASC before they can share a referral card. The credit can be used anytime after the new client’s first qualifying transaction.
  2. The New Patient referred by the Referring Patient will receive a $50 credit at the time of their first service over $100.
