To make an appointment in any of our 3 locations, please contact our call center during business hours at 763-540-1837. For new guests, a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. To ensure availability, we suggest you call a few days in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointment whenever possible.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- There is a 5-minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled, based on the Technicians schedule.
- If MASC has to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to employee illness, booking errors, staff meetings, or educational events, we will extend any “dated offers” by 30 days (i.e. birthday card, monthly promo, etc.)
- We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes for all scheduled services. If MASC is not notified at least 24 hours prior to scheduled services, you will be considered a “late cancellation” or “no show” and will be charged $50 for your missed service. The card you have provided to secure your initial appointments will be used in this event.
- Evening and Saturday appointments may need to be held with a valid credit card or if you have a history of late cancellations or No Show appointments. If you are holding a time slot with a credit card and cancel inside of 24 hours notice, or No Show, you will be charged $50.
