Will I be frozen or look fake?

This is a matter of preference. We always strive to provide our patients with whatever look they desire, whether that be natural or enhanced. This is discussed during consultation.

Botox is a quicker treatment, lasting approx.. 15-20 min. Dermal fillers is a little bit longer of a treatment and can last anywhere from 40 minutes-60 minutes.

The main difference between Botox and Filler is what they treat and how they work. Botox It temporarily blocks nerve signals to muscles, preventing them from contracting. Filler is a gel like substance used to add volume to areas of the face.

Botox injections involve a very fine needle and are generally well tolerated. Patients may feel a brief stinging or pinching sensation at the injection site. Discomfort is minimal and temporary.

What is the downtime with Botox or filler?

There is little to no downtime after Botox. Most clients return to normal activities immediately after treatment. You may have small injection-site bumps or mild redness, which typically resolve within 30 minutes to a few hours.

Downtime after filler varies depending on the area treated. Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising can occur and usually resolves within a few days. Some areas (like lips) may experience more noticeable swelling for 24–72 hours.

We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment to minimize swelling and bruising.
